1. Services AdsWithAlamin provides digital marketing services, specifically Google Ads management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics setup. We agree to perform these services in a professional manner.
2. Payments & Billing
Service Fees: Our management fees are billed monthly or as a one-time project fee, depending on the plan selected.
Ad Spend: You (the Client) are responsible for paying Google directly for all advertising costs (media spend). AdsWithAlamin is not responsible for funding your ad accounts.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once work has commenced. For monthly management, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
3. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide us with the necessary access to your Google Ads, Analytics, and website accounts to perform our duties. You represent that you own the website and have the right to advertise the products/services therein.
4. Intellectual Property You retain full ownership of your Google Ads account, data, and creative assets. We retain the intellectual property rights to our proprietary strategies, custom code, and audit templates used during the engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability While we strive to improve your campaign performance, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., a specific number of leads or ROI) as these depend on third-party platforms (Google) and market conditions. AdsWithAlamin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Account Suspension We are not responsible for account suspensions by Google. We follow best practices to avoid this, but you agree to comply with all Google Advertising Policies.
